What happens when you open a page

When you request a page, your browser sends technically necessary data to our server: the address requested, the time, the amount of data transferred, the browser identification and the IP address. These server logs serve operation and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure operation.

Cookieless measurement

We measure usage with analytics.axaix.app, a service we run ourselves. No cookies are set and no cross-site profile is built. We record the page requested, the referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen width, language, country and city.

To tell visits apart, a value is derived from IP address, browser identification, language and a random value that changes every day. The IP address is used for that calculation and for the location lookup, then discarded. It is neither stored nor logged. Because the random value changes daily, the same visitor cannot be recognised beyond one day. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The directory entries

gelisted shows business details: company name, address, phone number, website and a public profile photo. This data comes from publicly available sources and concerns commercial activity, not private life. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the interest in a complete trade directory.

Owners who want a correction or the removal of their entry can write to info@isla.marketing. We act on it without asking for reasons.

Recipients and retention

The sites run on servers operated by Hostinger International Ltd., Jonavos g. 60C, 44192 Kaunas, Litauen as a processor. Server logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest, measurement data after 24 months. No transfer to third countries takes place.
